Delivery Policy

At Petal Perfection Flower Company, we understand that when you send flowers, the delivery is just as important as the flowers themselves. Our goal is to make every delivery a positive experience for both the sender and the recipient.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery to most of the areas we serve when orders are placed early enough in the day and we have the availability to accommodate the request.

Some outlying delivery areas may require next-day delivery. If an order is placed for an area outside our regular same-day delivery range, we will contact you if a different delivery date is necessary.

While we make every effort to accommodate same-day requests, delivery availability can vary based on order volume, distance, weather, holidays, and the complexity of the arrangement.

Delivery Times

We do our very best to have every order delivered in a timely manner and within the requested delivery date.

Because our deliveries are made by our own delivery team and routes can vary from day to day, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless a specific delivery time has been arranged with Petal Perfection in advance.

Funeral services, weddings, events, and other time-sensitive deliveries receive special attention, and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that flowers arrive before the required service or event time.

During major floral holidays, including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery volume can be significantly higher than normal. Delivery windows may therefore be broader, and we strongly encourage customers to place holiday orders as early as possible.

Recipient Not Home

We understand that flowers are often a surprise, and sometimes the recipient simply isn't home when we arrive.

If no one is available to receive the flowers, our delivery driver will use their best judgment to protect the arrangement and ensure it reaches the recipient.

When conditions permit, we may:

• Leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered location protected from weather and direct sunlight.

• Contact the recipient by phone to let them know where the flowers have been placed.

• Arrange a convenient time to redeliver the flowers when the recipient will be home.

• When appropriate, leave the arrangement with a trusted neighbor, receptionist, concierge, or other authorized person.

We will never intentionally leave flowers in a location where we believe they could be damaged by weather, excessive heat, or an unsafe environment.

If there is no suitable location to safely leave the flowers, we will contact the recipient and/or sender to arrange another delivery time.

Redelivery

Our first priority is always to successfully deliver your flowers.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable and there is no safe place to leave the arrangement, we will make every reasonable effort to contact the recipient or sender and arrange another delivery.

If redelivery is necessary because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment or suite information, an inaccessible gated community, or other circumstances outside of Petal Perfection Flower Company's control, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Accurate Delivery Information

To help us provide the best possible delivery experience, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

This includes:

• Recipient's full name

• Complete street address

• Apartment, suite, building, or unit number when applicable

• Recipient's telephone number

• Gate codes or special access instructions

• Business name and department, when applicable

• Hospital, funeral home, or facility information when applicable

Providing a current telephone number for the recipient is especially helpful. There are occasions when contacting the recipient is the quickest way to ensure that their flowers arrive safely.

Business Deliveries

For deliveries to businesses, offices, hotels, schools, medical facilities, and other commercial locations, flowers may need to be left with a receptionist, front desk, security desk, administrative office, or other designated receiving area.

We cannot control the individual delivery policies of businesses or facilities. If the recipient has left for the day, the business is closed, or the facility will not accept the delivery, we will make every reasonable effort to contact the appropriate person and determine the best course of action.

Hospital and Medical Facility Deliveries

Hospitals and medical facilities can have specific delivery procedures and security requirements. Flowers may need to be delivered to a reception desk, nurses' station, gift shop, or other designated area rather than directly to the patient's room.

Because patients can be discharged or transferred without notice, we strongly recommend providing the patient's current room, floor, department, and telephone information whenever possible.

If a patient has been discharged or transferred, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the recipient or sender to determine an alternate delivery location.

Weather

Florida weather can be unpredictable, particularly during the summer months.

We take the condition of your flowers seriously and will use our best judgment when determining whether it is safe to leave an arrangement outside. We will make every reasonable effort to protect flowers from rain, excessive heat, direct sunlight, and other weather conditions that could compromise their freshness.

Special Delivery Requests

If you have special delivery instructions, please provide them when placing your order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, although special instructions cannot always be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your flowers need to arrive before a specific event, funeral service, wedding, celebration, or other important occasion, please let us know when placing your order. We will make every effort to prioritize the delivery appropriately.
