How to Properly Change the Water
For the longest-lasting flowers, we recommend changing the vase water every 2–3 days.
Follow these simple steps:
Carefully remove the flowers from the vase.
Wash the vase thoroughly with warm water and a small amount of dish soap to remove any bacteria or residue.
Refill the vase with fresh, cool water.
Add the entire packet of flower food (or follow the directions if using additional flower food later).
Before placing the flowers back into the vase, trim approximately ½ inch from the bottom of each stem using clean, sharp floral shears or scissors. Make the cut at a slight angle to improve water absorption.
Return the flowers to the freshly cleaned vase immediately.
